Education is more than just lessons—it's about opportunity, growth, and the right support system. Best Care Tutoring was born from a deep understanding of the gaps in academic guidance and the belief that every child deserves access to quality education.  

Founded by Mr. Gary Moise, a dedicated and decorated educator with over a decade of experience in K-12 education, Best Care Tutoring is rooted in expertise and passion. As a Broward County Public Schools alumnus and the son of a Haitian single mother, Mr. Moise understands firsthand the importance of educational support in shaping futures. His journey—from earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Education at Florida Atlantic University, a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University, to currently pursuing his Doctorate in Academic Leadership K-12 at the American College of Education—reflects his unwavering commitment to education.  

At Best Care Tutoring, family values drive our approach. The word CARE embodies our mission: Curriculum, Academic Retention, Enrichment. We don’t just teach—we nurture, support, and empower young learners.
